Can I make an exchange?
We have a 14-day return policy. If you want to make an exhange, you have to make a new order.
Can I return my order and get my money back?
Once your return has reached our warehouse, your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the fund to appear in your account.
What do I do if my product is defect?
If your item is defect, please contact [email protected]. From here, the case is processed directly with our customer service.
